Already some excitement today. Could not check in online last night for our LAN flight to Quito. Had to call LAN from the airport and the adventure began. Language is already an issue and we are not out of the States! Finally got it all worked out and have boarding passes in hand. Take off at 3:55, arriving at 7:15. Ecuador is also on Eastern Time.
