ANOTHER Long Ecuadorian Adventure!!!!

We booked our flight to Ecuador in November but I feel like our trip this year has kinda slipped up on us. Jeff and I are finally packed (I'm sure I forgot something) and ready to go!  We're so fortunate to still have both boys at home to take care of the dogs and I'm also blessed with great barn buddies and coworkers!  We're so excited to enjoy this adventure together but it's still a challenge and I can't wait to get started!!

Here's my suitcase for 2 weeks.

We have a washer and dryer in our apartment so I tried to pack sparingly.  I definitely packed less than our visit last year but I also felt like I had a better idea what I needed, what I wanted, and what I could leave behind.

Tomorrow we fly from Atlanta to Miami and then on to Quito Ecuador. After spending the night in Quito we'll continue on to Cuenca where we plan to spend 2 weeks exploring. We have an apartment for the entire 2 week stay with a kitchen and laundry. We plan to relax and enjoy our time together without the distractions of our daily lives. If we don't kill one another after 2 days of this bliss I'll be surprised!
